News: Shipping To Canada Now Available

I added a new shipping option to accommodate Canadian readers if they are interested in a single issue or a subscription. I apologize for the oversight. It should have occurred to me earlier that my friends to the north might want to get on board.

The fees are now as follows:

Single Issue
US $3.00
Canada $3.50
Overseas $4.25

Six Month Subscription
US $12.00
Canada $15.00
Overseas $18.00

    I am doing Canada for the blankets as well, but the overseas is too high. Doing free shipping.

    At a certain weight, Priority Rates go into effect and the price seems to jump into the $30 range. That's just cuckoo.
