Mail Call

I received a letter from a subscriber yesterday. It was less of a letter, though, and more like a work of art. It was illustrated, had a neat, keyed map and tons of details. It's the kind of thing that someone clearly spent a lot of time on.

     I mentioned it before, but I've kept every letter ever written to me. They fill several photo boxes and from time to time I like to take them out and look at them. When someone writes you a letter, it is a gift of time and a tangible artifact of a person and place.

    I should also note that I am writing an article for Loviatar No. 3 while listening to music from the letter writer's band. Very cool!
